Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA-18-2024), filed by Lerners LLP on behalf of James Robson, Jay Robson, and Joel Robson, to rezone the lands known as 12538 Eight Mile Road from ‘Agricultural (A1)’ to ‘Surplus Residence exception 14 (SR-14)’ and ‘Agricultural – No Residences (A3)’ for the severed and retained lands of consent application B-13/23, be APPROVED AND THAT the implementing By-law be forwarded to Council for consideration once a deposited reference plan has been provided to the satisfaction of the Municipality.
