the minutes of the Middlesex Centre Council meeting held on June 21, 2023 be approved.

Consent items 7.1 through 7.4 listed on the July 5, 2023 agenda be adopted as recommended.

Report CAO-19-2023, re: Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review and Update be received; AND THAT the Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA-04-2023) that updates the Comprehensive Zoning By-law municipally-wide to reflect changes within Official Plan Amendment No. 59 be APPROVED and come into effect upon approval of Official Plan Amendment No. 59.

Report CAO-18-2023, re: Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) be received; AND THAT Council direct staff to complete an application for the Housing Accelerator Fund, inclusive of all supporting documentation, to the Housing Accelerator Fund; AND FURTHER THAT the CAO report back once more details have been provided in finalizing formal application to the Housing Accelerator Fund.

Report PWE 33-2023, re: Old River Road Update be received for information.

the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre receives the Correspondence items 10.1 through 10.6 listed on the July 5, 2023 agenda as information.

the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre adjourn to closed session at 10:40 a.m. pursuant to Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended to discuss the following matters: Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Pay Equity Review); Section 239 (2)(d) labour relations or employee negotiations (Pay Equity Review);

the updated 2023 Salary Grid Review, conducted by Pesce and Associates be approved; AND THAT the new 2023 Salary Grid be applied retroactively to January 1, 2023 or the employee hire/rehire date within 2023 for those employees actively at work as of July 5, 2023; AND FURTHER THAT the CAO be directed to proceed with staffing alignments in accordance with the Job Evaluation.

By-laws 2023-078 through to By-law 2023-080 be adopted as printed.
