THAT Report PWE-15-2026 re: Draft Active Transportation Plan Network be received for information.

THAT the Community Services Advisory Committee for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre recommends the draft Active Transportation Plan Network "in principle"; AND FURTHER THAT consideration be given to alternatives to the rail trail portion of the plan, particularly sections that cross over private property.
