THAT Report CAO-15-2021, re: Sale of Lands in Komoka – Design for Happiness be received; AND THAT the lands identified as Part Lot 6, Concession 2, (Lobo) now in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, designated as Parts 4 and 5, being part of PIN 09664-0591 (LT) be deemed surplus to the needs of the Municipality; AND THAT Council authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Municipality of Middlesex Centre and Design for Happiness Inc. for 10.29 acres of property at a price of Three Million, Six Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,601,500); AND THAT the Council authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale of the subject lands to Design For Happiness Inc. AND FURTHER THAT the sale of the proceeds of the lands be transferred to the Build Middlesex Reserve Fund.
