THAT the Council for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre adjourn to closed session at 3:03 p.m. pursuant to Section 239 (3.1), being educational or training sessions, of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended; AND THAT the meeting is held for the purpose of educating and training the members in regards to the Municipality of Middlesex Centre strategic plan.
