Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA-15-2024), filed by Lerners LLP on behalf of Ross James McLachlan, Katherine McLachlan & Stuart Donald McLachlan, to rezone the lands known as 9787 Ivan Drive from ‘Agricultural (A1)’ to ‘Surplus Residence exception 13 (SR-13)’ and ‘Agricultural – No Residences (A3)’ for the severed and retained lands of consent application B-23/23, be APPROVED; AND THAT the implementing By-law be forwarded to Council for consideration once a deposited reference plan has been provided to the satisfaction of the Municipality.
